Coach Carson Cross is dedicated to helping New England athletes develop healthy training habits, strong work ethics, and essential leadership skills. With expertise in player development, Cross is passionate about helping players tap into their highest potential both on and off the field.

When his professional playing career ended in 2017, Cross was both ready and eager to step into his calling as a coach. His extensive knowledge and forward-thinking approach has led him to success coaching everyone from young, developing players to well-seasoned professional athletes.

Today, he is driven to create a place where local athletes, from beginners to pros, can fit into a culture built on hard work, accountability, and community. Cross is committed to learning and staying up-to-date on modern player development techniques, ensuring athletes have access to a cutting-edge training environment.

Carson is a 2010 graduate of Exeter High School. 2015 graduate of the University of Connecticut. 23rd round pick Pittsburg Pirates 2013. 14th round pick St. Louis Cardinals 2015. Brewers MiLB Pitching Coach 2019-2021

Coach Logan Carman is our Head of Player Performance and Strength Training. As a Co-Founder and Co-Owner of Evo he is focused on making sure that each athlete receives individualized training programs to help drive on field performance.

Owen is a graduate of SNHU and Oyster River where he played both SS and pitcher. He is a student of the game and an avid atendee of Red Sox baseball games. Owen is the Head Coach of the JV Baseball team at St Thomas Acquinas in Dover, NH.

Youth Class Instructor

Cam is a 2023 grad at Winnacunnet High School. He is a left handed pitcher and has been training at 603evo since the doors first opened in 2020. Cam will continue his athletic and academic career at St Joesphs University in Maine.

Current MiLB Outfielder with the Detroit Tigers organization. Hitting Instructor during the off-season months at 603evo. Ben is a 2018 grad of Exeter High School and an 18th round pick in the 2021 MLB Draft.

Individual Instructor

Cole is a young coach who is eager to learn. He has been an athlete and intern at 603evo since December of 2022. Cole is a very good communicator with youth athletes and can teach both hitting and pitching. Cole is currently studying at SNHU and pursing his own baseball playing career.

Youth Class Instructor

Charlie is a 2022 graduate of Marshwood High School and 2023 graduate of Berwick Academy where he took a PG year. Charlie is headed to Endicott this Fall where he will continue both his academic and athletic career. Charlie works well with younger athletes and really enjoys making them feel welcome in the culture here at Evo.
