Yoga Classes
Gabbie is a 200 hour certified yoga instructor with a strong background in athletics and wellness. She graduated with a degree in Exercise Physiology from Ursinus College, where she was a four-year varsity gymnast, and later pursued a master’s degree in Integrative Health from Georgetown University. Gabbie combines her knowledge of athletic performance and recovery with her passion for yoga, offering fun classes that feature balancing poses, deep stretching, breath-work, and meditation. Whether you are looking to improve physical strength, flexibility, or mental clarity, Gabbie’s approach creates a supportive environment for growth and healing.
Class times: Thursdays 8:00pm & Sundays at 3pm
